Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in eggnog and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and roll each ball in cinnamon sugar before placing them on the sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; cool briefly before transferring to wire racks.
