- 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers (Any variety works well)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it inside for an extra crispy crust.
- Arrange the flatbread crusts on baking sheets. Sprinkle a light dusting of cornmeal to prevent sticking and ensure a delightful texture.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly across each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top the sauce with a generous layer of shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- Scatter diced chicken and chopped bell peppers evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the crust are golden brown and crisp.
- Rest the flatbreads for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions, slice into pieces, and enjoy!
