Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir until just combined (lumpy batter is fine).
  5. Gently fold in blackberries to avoid crushing them.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin tins until two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
