Description
A delightful Valentine’s Day treat combining cereals, peanuts, pretzels, and M&M’s, coated in white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Cheerios cereal
- 2 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1 ½ cups peanuts (salted is delicious)
- 2 cups pretzel pieces (I like rods & snaps)
- 3 cups Valentine’s M&M’s (or red, pink, and white candy, divided)
- 12 oz. white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a very large bowl, add Cheerios, rice Chex, peanuts, pretzels, and 2 cups Valentine’s M&M’s. Stir to mix well.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring in between heating. Cook until smooth.
- Pour white chocolate over the dry mix, scraping in every last bit. Stir and fold until well coated.
- Pour the Chex mix onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading into an even layer. Sprinkle 1 cup Valentine’s M&M’s over the melted white chocolate.
- Place sheet in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes, until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
