Turkey Roll-Ups with Gravy

Description

Delicious turkey roll-ups filled with savory stuffing and topped with creamy gravy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (5 ounce) box stovetop stuffing
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 pkgs turkey gravy mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/8 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 8 thick slices roasted turkey (thick enough to roll)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Heat a medium saucepan on medium high heat and add the chicken broth and butter until melted.
  3. Add in the stovetop stuffing mix and stir until combined, turn off the heat and set aside.
  4. Heat another saucepan on medium heat and add the soup, gravy mix and water and mix until smooth. Let come to a simmer and turn off the heat.
  5. Place a slice of turkey on a cutting board and add about 1/2 cup of prepared stuffing in the middle.
  6. Roll the turkey slice up, and place it into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Pour 1/3 of the gravy mixture over the top of the turkey roll-ups. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Serve with the remaining gravy.

Notes

  • Make sure the turkey slices are thick enough to roll without tearing.
  • Add more parsley for garnish if desired.
