- 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts/Thighs (Poached or baked)

- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (Can substitute with sour cream)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: If using rotisserie chicken, simply shred it into bite-sized pieces. If cooking fresh, poach or bake boneless breasts/thighs until they reach 165°F, then allow them to cool completely.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, diced red onion, chopped celery, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
