Description

This air fryer salmon recipe is quick and flavorful, making it perfect for a busy weeknight meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 to 1 1/4 pounds salmon (cut into bite sized cubes)
  • 3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Place salmon pieces into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Gently mix to coat.
  2. Let the salmon marinate for 15 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salmon pieces to the hot air fryer, and cook for 6-7 minutes, depending on the size of your cubes.
  5. The internal temperature should be 145ºF.
  6. Remove and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Marinating the salmon for longer will enhance the flavor.
  • Be sure to check the salmon’s internal temperature for doneness.
