Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the onions into thin, uniform pieces for even cooking.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until melted.
  3. Add the onions and sprinkle with salt, stirring to coat them in the fat.
