Instructions

- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a log for slicing or a disc for rolling. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.

- Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are just barely golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
