Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then stir until combined.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it into a tortilla shape.
- Cook each tortilla in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat and keep warm until ready to serve.
