- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread pizza sauce over half of the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously.
- Add Italian seasoning and any additional toppings before folding the dough over to seal.
- Cut into strips about 1 inch wide and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
