- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
- Transfer the cooked beef to a crockpot and add Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.
- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over the mixture; stir gently to combine.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
