Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (uniform thickness for even cooking)
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated preferred)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the boneless chicken breasts with Caesar dressing, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is fully coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
  2. Heat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking and to add healthy fats.
  3. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill or pan. Cook each side for 5 to 7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked and juicy.
  4. While the chicken cooks, mix the remaining Caesar dressing with the grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl to create a creamy Caesar-Parmesan sauce.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows juices to redistribute. Then slice the chicken into desired pieces.
  6. On a serving platter, spread chopped romaine lettuce as the base. Arrange the sliced chicken pieces on top and drizzle with the Caesar-Parmesan sauce.
  7. Finish by sprinkling additional grated Parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and fresh parsley over the top for color and added texture. Serve immediately for a delicious, indulgent meal.
