Instructions

- Reduce the heat to medium in the same skillet. Melt the butter, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat them in the flavorful garlic butter.
- In a separate small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add finely minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to taste.
- Either pour the rich Parmesan cream sauce over the garlic butter steak bites or serve it on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Serve immediately while hot.
