- 1 and ½ cups chilled whole milk (full-fat milk) (use plant-based milk for vegan)
- ½ cup chopped seedless dates
- 1 large banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
- 1 teaspoon honey (use maple syrup or agave nectar for vegan)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Check for sweetness and add more sweetener if needed.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
- Add a few ice cubes to each glass if you like your milkshake super chilled.
Notes
- This recipe can easily be made vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup or agave nectar and using plant-based milk.
- For a thicker milkshake, use less milk or add more frozen banana.
