Description

A delicious and creamy chilled milkshake made with whole milk, banana, and dates. Perfect for a refreshing treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 and ½ cups chilled whole milk (full-fat milk) (use plant-based milk for vegan)
  • ½ cup chopped seedless dates
  • 1 large banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (use maple syrup or agave nectar for vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Check for sweetness and add more sweetener if needed.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
  4. Add a few ice cubes to each glass if you like your milkshake super chilled.

Notes

  • This recipe can easily be made vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup or agave nectar and using plant-based milk.
  • For a thicker milkshake, use less milk or add more frozen banana.
