Description

This creamy chicken fettuccine recipe is easy to make and incredibly delicious.


Ingredients

  • 10 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken until browned; remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté garlic in melted butter until fragrant.
  4. Whisk flour into the skillet; gradually add chicken broth and cream while stirring until thickened.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted; add cooked chicken and pasta.
  6. Toss to coat evenly in the creamy sauce and serve garnished with parsley.
