A delicious cheese ball made with cream cheese, parmesan, pistachios, and cranberries, perfect for serving with pretzels.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup pistachio unshelled nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- pretzels for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together with a spatula cream cheese and parmesan.
- Turn it out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up and then roll on a cutting board until it’s a ball shape. Use your hands to shape it well. Remove plastic wrap.
- Roll or press pistachios and dried cranberries into the cheese ball.
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels, crackers, or triscuits.
Notes
- Chill the cheese ball for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
- Feel free to add other nuts or dried fruits based on preference.
