Description

A delicious cheese ball made with cream cheese, parmesan, pistachios, and cranberries, perfect for serving with pretzels.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 cup pistachio unshelled nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • pretzels for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together with a spatula cream cheese and parmesan.
  2. Turn it out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up and then roll on a cutting board until it’s a ball shape. Use your hands to shape it well. Remove plastic wrap.
  3. Roll or press pistachios and dried cranberries into the cheese ball.
  4. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels, crackers, or triscuits.

Notes

  • Chill the cheese ball for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
