- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Place biscuit dough pieces evenly on top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
