- 1 lb ground beef
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onions until cooked through; drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, mix beef mixture with cream of mushroom soup, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread this mixture into a 9×13 baking dish evenly.
- Top with a layer of frozen tater tots.
- Bake at 375°F for 35–40 minutes until tots are crispy.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese over top and bake another 5–7 minutes until melted.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optional: garnish with parsley.
