- 2 cups shredded cheese (your choice, like cheddar or a cheese blend)
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk

- to taste cilantro
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients to make the cooking process smoother.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the softened cream cheese. Stir occasionally until it begins to melt.
- Once the cream cheese is melted, add in the can of Rotel and continue to stir until well combined.
- Slowly integrate the shredded cheese, mixing until it’s melted into the mixture.
- Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix, stirring to evenly distribute the spices throughout the mixture.
- Slowly add milk, stirring until you reach your desired consistency. If you prefer it thinner, add a bit more milk.
- Once everything is melted and creamy, remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Top with your choice of jalapeños, green onions, or cilantro if desired. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

- For extra heat, adjust the amount of jalapeños according to your preference.
