- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2 minutes per side or until pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle parsley and lemon juice if using. Toss well to coat shrimp in garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with sauce from the pan.
