Description

A delicious and healthy avocado toast topped with perfectly air-fried eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1 spray olive oil spray (for cooking)

  • 2 slices bread of choice (toasted)
  • 1 avocado (mashed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 325º F and spray a thin layer of olive oil cooking spray in the mini cake pans.
  2. Gently break one egg into each pan, ensuring there is only one egg per pan. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste over the eggs.
  3. Place the mini cake pans with the eggs inside the air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove the eggs from the mini cake pans using a flexible spatula and serve over avocado toast or with hash browns.
